HEIDI WILCOX

Heidi Wilcox is a freshwater biologist with broad interests in stream community and ecosystem ecology. She is currently working at the University of Alabama's Department of Biological Sciences on a research project in the St. Johns River watershed in Northern Florida. Prior to moving to Alabama she worked as a research assistant at The Ecosystems Center of the Marine Biological Laboratory in Woods Hole, Massachusetts and conducted research on the North Slope of Alaska. Heidi received her M.S in Entomology in 2003 and moved to Tuscaloosa in 2005. She has been a board member of FoHC since September 2006.
