HARRIS SCHLESINGER

Harris Schlesinger is a Professor of Finance at the University of Alabama. He taught at Vanderbilt University and the University of Illinois before moving to Alabama in 1987. He previously served as president of the Canyon Lakes Neighborhood Association and his worries about siltation problems in Canyon Lakes led him to become involved with the Friends of Hurricane Creek. Harris has served as the Treasurer of the Friends since 2003.
